Ruff Night shares your nightly sleep score with a small group of people you approve. Each person is represented by a dog whose state reflects their night.
Automatic
Your watch or ring already records your sleep. Ruff Night reads it in the background and shares the result without any action from you.
Private by default
Connections are made using a six-character code that you share directly, and both people must agree. There is no search, no discovery and no public profile.
Not a competition
No streaks, no leaderboards and no ranking. The app reports how you slept, and nothing more.
Availability
Ruff Night is currently in testing with a small group. It is built for iPhone and works with Apple Watch, Oura, or manual entry.
Documents
The privacy policy lists what the app stores, who can see it, and how long it is kept. The terms of service cover use of the app, purchases, and the limits of the sleep score.

For help with the app, email [email protected]. Include the version shown at the bottom of Settings and what you were doing at the time.
For questions about your data, or to ask for it to be deleted, email [email protected]. You can also delete your account and everything in it from Settings inside the app.
